The wines of the Friends of Jacob come from both the classic chateaux, and from small domains of quirky winemakers in the famous wine regions.
With 450 wines in the cellar of the Friends of Jacob, twenty open wines and six house wines, the palette of scents, colors and tastes is pleasantly large. If there is a new dish,  an internal tasting is held to determine which wine is most compatible. "During the internal tasting the opinion of the whole team is taken into consideration. In this way we stimulate our creativity and we get the right combinations; we combine the right wines with the dishes and in doing so add an extra dimension to the dish. Subsequently, seeing our guests  enjoy our combination is the best compliment we can get.
